Quick answers, and a real person if you need one.
Using Huddle
How do I add something?
Tap the mic and say it, or type in the bar at the bottom of Today. Say several things at once (“Migo takes out the trash, and Ella feeds Coco”) and each becomes its own card for the right person. You check them before they’re added.
How do I invite someone?
Hold your group’s name at the top of Today to open its settings. Tap Share the invite, or let them scan its code. You can also invite someone by their @username there.
Someone sent me an invite. How do I join?
Open the link on your iPhone, or open Huddle and choose Join with an invite, then type or scan the code.
Can someone without a phone be in a group?
Yes. Add them by name in your group’s settings: Lola, a trip guest, the little ones. They get cards with no phone or email. Anyone 13 or older can later get Huddle on their own phone, set up with a code from you.
Who can see my cards and notes?
Everyone in the group, unless you choose otherwise: Only me is just you, and Full members only is hidden from limited members. Medication reminders are private to the person they’re for, their backup, and whoever made them.
Why didn’t I get a notification?
Check Settings → Huddle → Notifications on your iPhone, and that a Focus mode isn’t holding them back. A nudge about the same card can be sent once every 15 minutes.
Your account
Do I need an account?
No. You can try Huddle without one; it stays on that phone. Add Apple or Google from Profile later to keep it and use it on another phone.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account. It removes your profile, photo and everything marked Only me, and ends your Sign in with Apple. Groups only you ran are deleted; the others pass to another member. See Privacy for the details.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Huddle is coming to iPhone and iPad first.
